Automated Orbital Wrapping Solution

Our customer is a leading manufacturer of aluminium and timber window and door frames.  As their business expanded, they needed an automated solution to keep up with the increased output. Their products are of high value and need protection from scratches and contamination. Needing an engineered solution they spoke with FROMM. 

Automatic Orbital Wrapping Machine Solution

We worked together to create a complete Automated Orbital Wrapping solution. Our solution included our FROMM FV350-50 Automated Orbital Wrapping Machine partnered with mobile make-up trolleys, roller process conveyors, powered belt conveyors and AS compliant machine guarding. 

The whole solution was designed by FROMM Packaging Australia with the focus on process flow, product protection and presentation, ease of use and safety. 

Installation, commissioning and operator training was completed by our team. The FROMM Orbital Wrapping Machine now takes pride of place at the customer's busy NSW facility. It has increased production throughput and the orbital wrapping machine ensures the plastic wrap is applied efficiently to protect the goods from scratches and damage during transport.
