Our customer is one of Australia’s leading manufactures of kitchen cabinetry and decorative boards. They produce a range of flat pack kitchen cabinets in a variety of styles, sizes and finishes. As such presentation is the number one driver.

When it came time to develop a new packaging line, our customer reviewed the market and appointed FROMM to deliver a wrapping solution, so high value and fragile products could be protected for storage and transport.

Adding the correct conveyors into the FROMM FV automatic wrapping machine, provides packaging security ensuring the customer's products remain in excellent condition for storage and sale.  Whilst achieving this, the customer also decreases the need to use excessive amounts of plastic material, reducing waste at site level.

To finish the project, FROMM installed a fully compliant state of the art safety system. The safety system still allows the warehouse team access to the conveyor and machine where practical, whilst ensuring maximum safety to those working in the vicinity.
