The 20000 series automatic strapping machine is capable of handling both steel and plastic strapping, to facilitate high-speed inline banding.
It is available with either a steel or aluminium frame, tailored to fit the overall design, and offers a variety of options such as cardboard corner protection, compression systems, and different dispensers based on production requirements.
Designed to move into the strapping position while keeping the pallet stationary, the 20000 series is especially suitable for lightweight products like beverage containers, corrugated board, and fragile items such as furniture and logistical goods. Instead of investing in two parallel strapping systems, the 20000 series provides a cost effective solution.

FROMM plastic strapping is manufactured in one of our global production centres using almost 100% recycled polyester resin. Extruded on one of our state of the art production facilities, FROMM uses RPET resins with high IV values. Strapping can be offered on small 20 kg coils up to 250 kg super jumbo rolls.
Reuse: PET straps are not generally reused in their original form, but they contribute to a sustainable cycle. Once the strapping has served its purpose, it can be collected, recycled, and transformed into new, high-quality products, helping to minimise waste.
