When a packaging machine breaks down, we understand the implications and business downtime costs and we will arrange for our FROMM Service Technicians to be onsite promptly to rectify the issue.

We stock a wide variety of spare parts and can usually get you back on track within one business day. In some cases, we can provide loan machines that can be installed while we work on getting your machine back on-line. Our goal is to get you back on track and operational as soon as possible.

Once you're back up and running we provide a complete service report listing details of the fault and work completed. Failed parts are also retained so you can inspect them should it be required.
